Architecture Design

We don't guess. We calculate IOPS requirements, RAM density, and CPU instruction sets to match your specific application workload. No bottlenecks.

Component Validation

Every DIMM of RAM and every SSD is scanned for factory defects before installation. We check NAND flash endurance ratings (DWPD).

Thermal Interface

Standard paste pumps out. We apply industrial PTM7950 phase-change material or liquid metal to ensure perfect heat transfer for 5+ years.

Cable Routing

Hand-cut custom length cables. Velcro ties for strain relief. Every cable is labeled. Airflow channels are sculpted to create positive pressure zones.

BIOS Tuning

We don't ship "Auto". We tune C-States, disable unused PCIe lanes, and optimize fan curves for your acoustic environment.

The 72h Burn-In

Every server endures a 72-hour stress test at 100% load in our hot-box chamber using AIDA64. If it survives us, it will survive you.

Advanced Thermal Engineering

CFD Thermal Modeling

Heat is the enemy of longevity. We don't guess; we model.

Using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), we map the airflow inside the chassis. We identify and eliminate "dead zones" where heat pockets form around the VRMs and NVMe controllers.

  • Positive Pressure Design:
    We configure intake fans to exceed exhaust, forcing dust out of every crack.
  • Industrial Fans:
    We use high static pressure fans (Noctua Industrial or Delta) capable of pushing air through dense radiator fins.

Exotic Phase-Change Cooling

For AVX-512 workloads, AI Training, and HFT, air is not enough.

We engineer custom open-loop liquid cooling solutions for 4U and rack-scale deployments. Utilizing chrome-plated copper blocks and industrial D5 pumps, we keep core temperatures under 60°C even during sustained 100% load.
